Jesus is the reason that I’m alive right now; there is absolutely no doubt. For the reason, I feel compelled to pass on His love to the younger generation. As mentioned in past posts, my size and appearance contribute to my ability to develop fast bonds with children. My passion for literacy is also helpful, because I am a very animated storyteller. Because of all this, I feel honored to be able to share Jesus in terms that young children can understand. This usually means engaging them in play and showed that I care enough to talk at their level, instead of talking down to them. Jesus Himself said, ” Let the children come to Me and do not hinder them.” (Matt. 19:14 a) Children are much smarter than most adults give them credit for. Jesus also said, ” the kingdom of heaven belongs to people who are like these children.” ( Matt 19:14 b) May God bless all of my readers!
